The Firm:

This dynamic City finance practice advises many of the world’s leading financial institutions, corporates, funds and advisors in relation to the full range of international and domestic financial markets products.

The Opportunity:

The Structured Debt & Capital Markets team provides advice to a broad range of clients on a wide variety of structured finance and debt capital markets products.

It assists clients in relation to securitisations, asset-based financings, capital markets financings, distressed portfolio acquisitions and loan work-outs in both the UK and other jurisdictions in the consumer, SME and corporate finance, corporate and residential real estate and infrastructure sectors.

You:

This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented and ambitious associate with broad based structured finance experience. You will have a background in UK securitisation and/or structured debt capital markets (e.g. project bonds, utility bonds) or other relevant experience in debt capital markets, asset finance and real estate finance.

You will have a strong academic record and an ability to work closely with clients and colleagues as part of a team.
