My client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in West Sussex and Surrey. It has developed sophisticated systems and processes and is a high quality place to work. It has an excellent reputation and is well known and respected in its local markets. This role has arisen as part of a reorganisation of how the firm is run and it is a positive development which provides an opportunity for you as an organised practice manager to work with the senior team to underpin the firm’s exciting growth plans.
You will work with the senior team and back up the senior partners in delivering full practice management services, across the whole firm. You will have the opportunity to take control of the day-to-day operations of the practice in order to ensure the smooth-running of the firm. This will include all administrative and back office functions, whilst also ensuring a high quality service and customer experience is afforded to the clients of the firm.
You will be an organised, highly efficient people-person with a track record in and a deep understanding of a law firm environment. You will be looking to take on and to excel in a senior support role of responsibility. You will be able to demonstrate a broad appreciation of and skills gained in running all of the administrative and back office functions of a law firm. You will be someone who thrives in a positive office environment, is an open person, a good communicator and someone who leads by example and brings out the best in the people around you. You may desire some flexibility and the firm is happy to accommodate this.
